Tuesday, October 8, 2013. Inspirations. Our season opener will feature winds and piano in two glorious quintets, one by Mozart and one by Nielsen. Judy Dines, flute; Adam Dinitz, oboe; Thomas LeGrand, clarinet; Nancy Goodearl, French horn; Elise Wagner, bassoon; and Rodney Waters, piano. You loved them last year-buy your tickets now!

Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Voyage to the Land of Dreams. Works for harp, flute, and strings, featuring the monumental "Concert Piece" by Jongen, as well as "Voyage to the Land of Tendre" by Gabriel Pierne. Emily Mitchell, harp; Melissa Suhr, flute; Yung-Hsiang Wang, violin; Rene Salazar, viola; and Barrett Sills, cello.

Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Let's Be Frank. Showcases "Tres Homenajes: Compadrazgo for Piano Quintet" for piano quintet by Gabriela Lena Frank and "Piano Quintet in F minor" by Cesar Franck. Featuring Frank Huang and Jennifer Owen, violin; James Dunham, viola; Barrett Sills, cello; and Rodney Waters, piano. An evening of sublime melody!

Moved to 2014-2015 Season. Ernst and Ernest. "Serenade in C Major, Op. 20" for string trio by Ernst von Dohnanyi and "Concert in D Major, Op. 21" for violin, piano, and string quartet by Ernest Chausson. Sophia Silivos, violin; James Dunham, viola; Barrett Sills, cello; and Rodney Waters, piano. Be prepared for an astonishing evening!

Saturday, April 26, 2014. Rising Stars. Talented young chamber music students from Houston Youth Symphony, specially coached by master musicians provided by St. Cecilia.

Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Fairy Tales for Grown-ups. This glorious season finale features William Bolcom's "Fairy Tales" for viola, cello, and double bass; Jon Deak's "The Ugly Duckling" for soprano, double bass, and string quartet; and Ravel's "Ma Mere l'Oye" (Mother Goose) for violin, viola, cello, double bass, and piano. Sophia Silivos, violin; James Dunham, viola; Barrett Sills, cello; Deborah Dunham, double bass; and Rodney Waters, piano.
